Middle East

My husband and I serve the Lord in an Oasis in the Middle East. My husband has been living there since 2010, and I have been there since we got married in September 2014, although I have been in the country from October 2012. The Oasis is a totally unreached people group, 100% Muslim. We are the only believers in our community.

Our hearts are to set up a House of Prayer. I currently wake up before the call to prayer (which is around 3am in the summer), to worship, take communion and pray for the people in the Oasis and nation.

Isaiah 61:10 Pass through, pass through the gates! Prepare the way for the people. Build-up, build up the highway! Remove the stones. Raise a banner for the nations.

I also have a project encouraging the ladies in the community with their handcrafts and embroidery, enabling them to sell their products in the city.

We are salt and light in a dark place. We do life with people and families around us, showing them the love of God, in every area possible.
