Our office teams support long missionaries and short term missions teams.
We connect local churches with what God is doing across the world.

Elim Missions Office

Paul Hudson

International Missions Director

I became the International Missions Director on 1st July 2013. I was not called to missions from an early age and there was no blinding revelation for me. In fact there was an occasion of taking my youth leaders to the airport that I actually said they would never catch me going to Africa. God was listening! I now love the cultural diversity and the amazing people in Africa.

Julie Cook

Office Manager & PA to International Missions Director

I joined the Elim Missions team in May 2013. In my role I oversee the running of the office, and provide admin support to Paul Hudson and the Elim Missions staff. I really value the commitment of the Elim Missions staff who provide great administrative support to our missionaries and I also love to connect with our missionaries, who are living and working overseas, seeing their communities transformed by the love of God.

John Martin

Project Coordinator

After graduating uni with a degree in Art and Design I really didn’t give missions a second thought. My first job out of uni changed all of that. Now, so many years later I am still working for the same organisation but my one-day a week designer job has developed into being the Projects Coordinator. As well as taking overall responsibility for projects, compliance and odd bits of media, I am also the Pastor of Elim's church in Stratford-upon-Avon, Oasis Christian Centre. And if that wasn't enough my wife Cara and I, have a daughter, Isabella and a son, Reuben. Life is pretty busy but we love it!

Naomi Davidson

Finance Administrator

I joined Team Missions in March 2012 and have since been dealing with all things finance. I maintain that it's always good to have someone around who has a genuine love for numbers. World mission has been on my radar for a long time particularly as my grandparents were missionaries in D R Congo for over half a century. So, having found myself working for a missions organisation, I feel particularly blessed to be part of a team that helps people to demonstrate the love of Jesus across the globe.

Danielle Face

Admin Assistant

Previously I spent several years as a missionary working in Africa and Asia, training other missionaries to serve unreached people groups.
I returned to the UK in 2013 to complete a Theology degree before joining Elim Missions in June 2017. I now have the joy of running the Missionary Apprentice Programme (MAP), for 16-25 year olds, and organising student mission teams.
I love that my role also involves helping with odd jobs in the office alongside the wonderful Elim Missions team, so I have the privilege of serving missionaries who are currently spreading the gospel across the globe. What an honour it is to share the good news and bring hope!

Teams and Applications

I joined the Elim Missions Team in October 2007.  One of my roles is that of  Teams and Applications Co-ordinator. Basically anyone who has an interest in doing a volunteer mission placement overseas through Elim Missions can contact me, and I will organise a suitable mission for them.  I also process the applications for those who feel called to long term missionary service.   My other role here is to co-ordinate our Shop With Integrity project.  This involves buying goods made by local artisans in the developing world and selling through our churches and ministries here in the UK.  The project has ethical trade at its heart.  I am passionate about missions and consider it a great privilege to work with such a great team.

Joanne Oates

Graphic Design and Creative Media

I graduated in 2012 from Leeds College of Art with a degree in Graphic Design. If I had written down then my ideal job description, it would sum up the role I play here at Elim Missions. I know that God's provision and timing is absolutely perfect and feel privileged to play this creative part in a great charity; spreading the Gospel and helping those in need. My passion for missions has developed over the past 8 years as my involvement in Dewsbury Elim grew and we began to see and send a number of people on to the mission field. I love having my mind blown by the beautiful stories of individuals being transformed by God.

Roy Johnston

Irish Missions Director

I am the newest member of the Missions Team but not the youngest. I have recently been appointed Irish Missions Director, after serving as a local pastor in six Elim churches in Ireland over a 28 years period. I have been on a number of Missions Trips and have always had a heart for International Missions and a heart to help serve Missionaries on the foreign field. I am so excited about what the Lord will accomplish through the team as we look to spread the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
