PEARL OF GREAT PRICE - YWAM KONA [SONG LYRICS]

I found the pearl of great price / When I looked in your eyes.

So find me leaving my home / Selling all that I own / Just so that I can have you.

And when I’m old and grey / Let history say / That I gave it all away. Withholding nothing from you Lord.

year2YEAR TWO IS ALREADY MOVING FAST…

We are now 15 months into our Estonia missions journey, which is hard to believe!

When you first move somewhere time seems to move slowly… but now in our second year everything is moving quickly.

And yet, He remains the SAME.

dontshringbackTAVAI! давай! Come on!

One of the highlights of this last season of ministry was a new project that we got to pioneer.

One of the big challenges with unity in the churches in Estonia is with how to handle the languages.

We started a joint youth night that runs quarterly to try and bring all the Pentecostal youth together. We do everything in Estonian, Russian and English.

God has really blessed it - and the youth are making friends with other young people - despite the language barriers.

Our next event is the ‘Tavai Christmas Ball’ on 19th December.

why1WHY ESTONIA?

One of the things on our heart was that ministry opportunities would go both ways.

That in some small way we could act as a bridge between what God is doing in Estonia, and what He is doing in the UK and Ireland.

why2It was a joy this Summer to represent Estonia at Relentless Youth Camp in Ireland and Limitless Festival in England.

But also to have the opportunity to bring some Estonians to Relentless!

In addition we took some estonian youth to Vilnius, Lithuania in June for their first missions trip to serve at a kids camp!

The bridge is being built which is exciting!

ministry1MINISTRY

Everything is continuing with our ministry until our move to Narva in Summer 2026 to begin a new church plant.

ministry2We are working with the estonian speaking and russian speaking church in Tallinn. While also helping with youth and young leader programmes in Paldiski, Valga and now Pärnu.

Thank you for your continued prayers as we make plans, preparations and prepare for a couple of events in our new city over the next number of months.

FAMILY

Over the last couple of months:

Abby had a birthday!
Tamara turned 8!
Aliza turned 13!

Please continue to pray for us on our mammoth language learning journey as we study every day to learn TWO (Band 4 - difficult for English speakers) languages! Russian from the slavic family - and Estonian from the Finno-Ugric language group.

So proud of the girls - they are being graded in school this year, and the struggle is real! They are seeing God’s grace everyday.

IT’S TIME TO BUY A CAR!

After surviving the past 15 months without a vehicle in Estonia… the time has come to fundraise for a car. Tallinn is amazing and has free public transport within the city for residents. We have made the most of this opportunity to experience ‘real life’ in Estonia by taking the bus most places.

However, life has gotten increasingly busier and we will need a vehicle when we move to Narva.

We plan to buy a 9 seater van (7 seaters are not as common here…). The van will help us with our family, but also ministry activities and the teams that are visiting.

Unfortunately when we move to Narva it will not be as easy to just ‘put the teams on a bus’!!

I know some individuals and churches really thrive in a fundraising project like this - so if you are interested in raising some extra funds for us - please do get in touch. We are happy to chat anytime. [craigbrotherston@hotmail.co.uk]
