Praying Forward: We're already hearing encouraging stories!

Sarah Whittleston and Mark Greenwood share their excitement as churches begin using the new video resources.

We're so excited to share that our new Praying Forward series, launched at ELS2025, is already making a difference! It’s been wonderful to hear how churches and small groups have jumped straight in and started using the videos and resources.

Praying Forward is all about helping people pray confidently and intentionally for friends and family who don't yet know Jesus. Each of the three videos offers biblical insights, practical ideas, and encouragement for both individuals and groups. Our goal was simple: equip people with fresh inspiration and practical tools for faithful, Spirit-led prayer.

The feedback we've already had is really encouraging! Sarah Weaver from Hartlepool shared:

"We did the first session of praying it forward with house group in Hartlepool tonight. It went down really well and was well received. As you know church is mostly new Christians, so that’s reflected in house group; it excited them and challenged the mature Christian. What a fab resource, thank you so much!"

Ann and Derrick Wilks from New Hope Church in Driffield also wrote:

"We were a small group in church and a couple of people joining remotely. We sent the link out in our Sunday notices so that folks who couldn't join could watch later. We had a great time discussing people's various journeys of faith."

It's brilliant to hear these stories—exactly the kind of impact we hoped and prayed for. Already, we're seeing groups deepen their prayer lives, find new confidence in sharing their faith, and experience the joy of praying together. If you haven’t explored the resources yet, they’re free and easy to use, either on your own or in a group. Let's keep sharing these encouraging moments, celebrating every step forward, and believing together for even greater breakthroughs!
