School of Worship 2024

The School of Worship is a monthly event commencing January 2024 for 12 months and ending in December 2024.

 
Booking Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment for the School of Worship Academy is by debit or credit card.
    1. If the single payment option is selected, payment will be collected on 02/01/2024.
    2. If the monthly payment plan is selected, the initial payment will be collected on 02/01/2024. Subsequent payments will be collected monthly thereafter, with the last payment due on 02/12/2024.
    3. If any payments are missed or cancelled, for whatever reason, your access to the School of Worship Academy will be cancelled unless payments are reinstated and any outstanding balance is paid. Please ensure your payment card is valid until the last payment is due and that your payments remain within your card providers credit limit.
    4. If you have any queries about payments, please contact the Elim Sound office.
  2. Attendees are subject to a non-refundable booking fee.
  3. Refunds will only be given in extenuating circumstances. The decision of the Elim Sound team regarding what will be considered as extenuating circumstances will be final. Should an attendee wish to seek a refund they should notify Elim Sound in writing immediately at elimsound@elim.org.uk. The date of receipt will be the date on which any refunds are based. Please note that Elim Sound will confirm they have received your request for cancellation. Should you not receive confirmation, this will mean that your email or letter has not been received, and therefore, you will not be entitled to any refund.
  4. No refunds will be made in the four weeks prior to the commencement of the start of the School of Worship.
  5. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Elim Sound of any change of address, contact phone number or email address after booking. Please note that our preferred method of contact for customers booking online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address.
  6. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your attendance at the correct price (and credit or debit your account as applicable) or cancel your attendance. If we are unable to contact you, you agree that we may treat your attendance as cancelled. If you choose to cancel after you have already paid the incorrect price for the Academy, you will receive a full refund from us.
  7. Attendees consent to filming, photography and sound recording as members of the audience and to these images and recordings being used for future publicity purposes.
  8. Elim accepts no responsibility for any personal property being damaged or lost at the Academy.
  9. Attendees are liable for any damage caused by themselves.
  10. Elim Sound reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate, without notice, an individual’s attendance at the School of Worship where deemed necessary through unacceptable behaviour or as a result of actions which are likely to endanger or offend others.
  11. Smoking, alcohol or pets are not permitted at the School of Worship. (Registered Assistance dogs are permitted.)
  12. Any complaints should be reported to the Elim Sound team at the time of occurrence. We want your time with us to be a fantastic experience and, where possible, would wish to resolve any problems you have as soon as possible.
  13. Elim Sound will be hiring the venues throughout the year. In the event of any major failure of any equipment or problems on the day, outside our control, it will be the responsibility of the venue to deal with it as soon as possible. We regret that Elim Sound cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused.
  14. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond the reasonable control of that party. Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, Internet Service Provider failure, acts of God, epidemic, pandemic, civil unrest, fire, flood, droughts, storms, earthquakes, the collapse of buildings, explosion or accident, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action, any law or any action taken by a government or public authority, including without limitation imposing an export or import restriction, quota or prohibition, or any other event that is beyond the control of the party in question.
  15. Delegates acknowledge the ongoing COVID-19 crisis in the UK and accept their obligation to comply with any official guidance from UK Government. Elim Sound and delegates agree to communicate without delay any issues they may have in performing their obligations under this agreement. You acknowledge that COVID-19 may require the residential venue to take one or more of the following measures for the safety of their staff and the safety of delegates attending this event:

    1. impose maximum delegate numbers at the event;
    2. limit food or drink availability;
    3. impose specific requirements regarding personal protective equipment such as the wearing of masks;
    4. restrict the overnight stay if applicable; and/or
    5. limit any planned entertainment for this event;
    6. designate alternative entrance and exit routes.
     
  16. If the residential weekends cannot run because of UK Government guidance the residentials will be hosted online and delegates will be given a one-month refund.
  17. Elim Sound has the right to alter or cancel any booking that it cannot keep for reasons beyond its control.  If this happens, Elim Sound will use all reasonable efforts to offer you an alternative booking but is not liable for any losses or damages arising directly or indirectly from such circumstances.
  18. Elim may enforce these terms in accordance with the provisions of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 (the "Act"). Except as provided above, this agreement does not create any right enforceable by any person who is not a party to it under the Act, but does not affect any right or remedy that a third party has which exists or is available apart from that Act.
  19. All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law and any disputes arising out of any transaction with Limitless Elim are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
