Join the Coaching Academy 2020

The Coaching Academy will help you to turn your leadership from focusing on self into developing others as an intentional long-term strategy. Booking is now open for the next academy which commences in July.

Coaching is a proven tool for supporting leaders in ministry and Elim Training successfully runs a practical coaching programme with sessions that include: 'How to ask great questions', 'Developing skills of the coach', 'Drawing out greatness in others' and 'A model for coaching'.

With 3 residential events and 2 webinars, the academy seeks to train existing Elim leaders with the necessary skills to inspire, challenge, and journey alongside other leaders in the Elim Movement in order help them achieve all that God has intended for them.

This essential leadership course will provide you with the biblical basis of coaching, explores definitions and case studies including the GROW model of The Coaching Process, how to ask good questions and ultimately equip you to be a better leader as well as coach others.

Elim Training are now recruiting individuals to sign up to our next 12-month academy and help them develop the necessary skills to better understand themselves and invest in the lives of others. Registration is £430 which can be spread over 12 monthly payments of £35pm that commence on 1 July 2020.

The key dates are listed below and online booking is open at
