Who is the Elim Leaders Summit for?
This is a unique event for all Elim leaders and minsters, including volunteers, staff members, Elim ministers and their spouse, Elim missionaries, Elim Chaplains, etc. Invite your whole team of church leaders to join you at this national event.
When and where is the Summit?
The Elim Leaders Summit runs from Tuesday 11 - Thursday 13 May 2021. Registration opens on Tuesday 11 May at 9am and once you have registered, visit the exhibition hall where food and refeshments are available before the first event commences.
The Summit is held at the Harrogate Convention Centre, Kings Road, Harrogate, HG1 5LA.
The event concludes at 5pm on Thursday 13 May.
How do I book tickets for ELS? Can I book tickets myself?
This is an event of all leaders involved in their local Elim church and Elim ministries. Elim ministers and church leaders with an ElimNET account can access our online booking. Additional information and direct booking links have been supplied directly to Elim ministers, so ask your minister for details.
What are the payment options the Summit?
The booker can pay by debit, credit or charge card. Alternatively, payment can be made by BACs within 14 days. When selecting the BACs option, the booker receives an invoice with a booking reference which they quote when making their BACs payment from their church or personal bank account. Both card and BACs payments are available for all bookings until 30 January 2021. Only full price card payments can be made from 1 February 2021 and at the event itself.
Do you have any booking tips?
Book before 30 January 2021 and save on the full price of a £150 ticket. Individuals and small groups save £20pp. Groups of 6 or more save £51pp. Consider inviting your church leadership team to join you. However you choose to cover the costs, you just need one person to make the booking. Include your Children's Workers and Young Leaders who have attended ELS before and you'll soon have enough to take advantage of the group early bird tickets. If you are bringing a team of 5, consider adding an extra person as your whole group will save even more.
Will there be a crèche at ELS?
We are unable to provide crèche facilities at ELS however we will be providing a parent and toddler space where we will LiveStream the main meetings from the auditorium.
Are we required to go to every Forum?
No, although we encourage you to go to as many as you can! There will also be a selection of seminars available for you to attend. All ministers are required to attend each afternoon's Business Sessions.
Are we allowed to bring our own food to HCC?
Unfortunately you can’t bring your own food or drinks into HCC. However, there are a number of locations in the exhibition hall where you can purchase snacks, drinks and meals. There are also £1 coffee and tea points, along with tap water so bring your own water bottle.
Can you book us into the Crowne Plaza?
No - all delegates are responsible for booking their own accommodation at any of the locations in Harrogate. Use the hotel search on this page to find and reserve your accommodation now before all the local rooms go.
Is there a space for prayer at ELS?
Early morning prayer happens each morning before the main sessions, in the Meeting Space. We will also have a prayer space available at the Summit which delegates can use throughout the day. Members of the prayer team will be available at various times to pray with you should you require that.
When do day passes go on sale and how much do they cost?
Day Passes usually go on sale in March. The cost for a Day Pass on Tuesday or Wednesday is £55 and £45 on Thursday. Evening Passes for Tuesday or Wednesday are £20.
