Booking Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment for the Theological Conference is by debit or credit card.
  2. Payment will be taken immediately on booking.
  3. If payment is cancelled or fails, for whatever reason, your access to the Theological Conference will be cancelled unless payments are reinstated and any outstanding balance is paid.
  4. If you have any queries about payments, please contact the Elim Training office.
  5. Attendees are subject to a non-refundable booking fee.
  6. Refunds will only be given in extenuating circumstances.  The decision of the Elim Training team regarding what will be considered as extenuating circumstances will be final.  Should an attendee wish to seek a refund they should notify Elim Training in writing immediately at elimtraining@elimhq.net.  The date of receipt will be the date on which any refunds are based.  Please note that Elim Training will confirm they have received your request for cancellation.  Should you not receive confirmation, this will mean that your email or letter has not been received, and therefore, you will not be entitled to any refund.
  7. In the event that you cancel all or part of your booking, upon acknowledgement of written confirmation from an authorised signatory the following cancellation fee will apply to the final invoice:
    • with 4 to 8 months notice – 50% of the total value of the cancellation.
    • with 4 weeks to 4 months notice – 75% of the total value of the cancellation.
    • with less than 4 weeks notice – 100% of the total value of the cancellation.
  8. Should the event be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances ticket holders will be offered tickets at a rescheduled event (subject to availability) up to the face value of the tickets or, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event or the event is not rescheduled, a refund. Refunds for tickets purchased prior to the date of the original event will be given up to their face value. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  9. We do not have any further liability beyond the face value of the ticket purchased. Elim Training shall not be liable for any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence and accommodation relating to Elim which have been arranged by the booker are at the bookers own risk. You may wish to talk to an insurance broker to arrange cover for this eventuality.
  10. Limitless reserves the right to alter or vary the advertised programme due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  11. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Elim Training of any change of address, contact phone number or email address after booking.  Please note that our preferred method of contact for customers booking online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address.
  12. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur.  If we discover an error, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your attendance at the correct price (and credit or debit your account as applicable) or cancelling your attendance.  If we are unable to contact you, you agree that we may treat your attendance as cancelled.  If you choose to cancel after you have already paid the incorrect price for the Theological Conference, you will receive a full refund from us.
  13. Bedrooms cannot be accessed until 2 pm on the day of arrival and you will need to vacate your room by 10 am on the day of departure.
  14. Attendees consent to filming, photography and sound recording as members of the audience and to these images and recordings being used for future publicity purposes.
  15. Elim accepts no responsibility for any personal property being damaged or lost at the Theological Conference.  If you require insurance on these items, then you must ensure that this is obtained from your own insurers before the start of the conference.
  16. Attendees are liable for any loss or damage caused by themselves.
  17. In order to comply with food hygiene regulations, only food and drink supplied by Hayes Conference Centre may be consumed on the premises.

  19. Elim Training reserve the right, at their discretion, to terminate, without notice, an individual’s attendance at the Theological Conference where deemed necessary through unacceptable behaviour or as a result of actions which are likely to endanger or offend others.
  20. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond the reasonable control of that party. Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, Internet Service Provider failure, acts of God, epidemic, pandemic, civil unrest, fire, flood, droughts, storms, earthquakes, collapse of buildings, explosion or accident, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action, any law or any action taken by a government or public authority, including without limitation imposing an export or import restriction, quota or prohibition, or any other event that is beyond the control of the party in question.
  21. Any complaints should be reported to the Elim Training team at the time of occurrence.  We want your training with us to be a fantastic experience and, where possible, would wish to resolve any problems you have as soon as possible.
  22. Elim Training will be hiring the venue on the day.  In the event of any major failure of any equipment or problems on the day, outside our control, it will be the responsibility of the venue to deal with it as soon as possible.  We regret that Elim Training cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused.
  23. Elim Training has the right to alter or cancel any booking that it cannot keep for reasons beyond its control.  If this happens, Elim Training will use all reasonable efforts to offer you an alternative booking but is not liable for any losses or damages arising directly or indirectly from such circumstances.
  24. Elim may enforce these terms in accordance with the provisions of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 (the "Act"). Except as provided above, this agreement does not create any right enforceable by any person who is not a party to it under the Act, but does not affect any right or remedy that a third party has which exists or is available apart from that Act.
