In 2014 a number of Elim Missions overseas teams visited projects where they were making beautiful hand crafted goods and employing local people. In order to support these amazing projects, we created Shop with Integrity - giving you the opportunity to sell these unique products by hosting a stall at your local church or event.
If you would like to host a Shop With Integrity stall please contact Mandy Campbell at the Elim Missions office: firstname.lastname@example.org, 03453026750
The primary aim of Shop With Integrity is to support local businesses in the developing world. All of the goods sold through Shop With Integrity are therefore ethically sourced, and are produced by local artisans. The businesses we buy from provide viable employment for some of the most vulnerable people in society. By buying the goods we help to break the cycle of poverty which fuels human trafficking and exploitation of men, women and children.
Our Elim Missionaries assist us in finding the local suppliers and arrange for the shipment of goods to the UK. In Cambodia we have also set up Be Free Cambodia, an Elim project where cards and gifts are produced in the centre and then shipped to the UK for sale. All the money raised from the Shop with Integrity goes to our Be Free Campaign: Elim Missions' stand against human exploitation.
The Difference Your Help Makes
One of the projects that Shop With Integrity supports is our Be Free project based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The girls who work there have come from a background of abuse and exploitation. They are now being trained in the Be Free Centre to make cards and crafts, which are sold in our Elim Churches. The Manager of the Be Free Centre is called Sokhim. Hear her powerful testimony here:
