We are not currently taking exhibition applications but please keep an eye out for when applications open for our 2027 event.

If you are coming alone, you will only be expected to share with one other person.

If you are coming as a group, you can have the option of having up to six people in the same room.

Additional Information
Afternoon activities can be booked as ‘extras’ when making your booking. There will be a selection of outdoor pursuit activities for you to choose to from. Cost of £25 per person. These activities will take place on Saturday afternoon.
We will have a café serving free tea and coffee during all breaks. There will also be the option to purchase some small snacks from the café too.
All meals are provided by the in-house catering team and most dietary requirements will be accounted for. Please declare any dietary requirements in your booking. Should there be any problems we would contact you directly before the event.
