Front of House Catering Supervisor

The Elim International Centre is looking for an experienced Front of House Catering Supervisor to help deliver an excellent dining experience for staff, students and guests.

Working as part of the Catering Team at Regents Theological College and the Elim International Centre, you will oversee front-of-house catering operations, supervise and train General Assistants, prepare the dining area for service and ensure every guest receives a warm and professional welcome.

The role also includes supporting meal preparation, displaying menus and allergen information, operating tills, assisting with rotas and stock control, processing invoices and responding to catering enquiries. You will help maintain high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, presentation and customer service while identifying opportunities to improve the dining experience.

Applicants should have at least three years’ experience in catering or hospitality, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a busy team. Previous supervisory experience is desirable.

The position can be offered on a part-time basis of 22.5 hours per week or may be considered as a full-time role. The catering rota includes some early mornings, evenings and weekends.

• Salary:  Up to £24,784.50 per year, pro rata for part-time hours
• Hours: 22.5 hours per week, with full-time considered
