Digital Support Technician Apprentice (Level 3)
Regents Theological College is looking for an enthusiastic and curious person to begin a career in digital and IT support through a structured 24-month apprenticeship.
Working alongside experienced IT and learning technology colleagues, you will support staff and students with everyday technology needs while developing practical skills in Microsoft 365, computer systems, networking, cloud services, lecture-room AV, livestreaming, podcast production and online learning platforms such as Moodle. You will also help document systems, improve digital processes and explore how emerging technologies can support the work of Regents and the wider Elim movement.
Applicants should have at least two A-levels or equivalent, a solid basic understanding of IT hardware and desktop applications, good communication and problem-solving skills, and a genuine desire to learn.
This full-time role is based at the Elim International Centre in Malvern.
