Elim Leaders Summit 2022 speakers announced

Discover who is speaking at our church leaders summit in 2022.

We are thrilled to announce an excellent line-up of leaders for our 2022 leaders summit which will be held in person at the Harrogate Convention Centre on 10-12 May 2022.

United together at this unique leadership summit, we seek to equip and inspire mission hearted leaders with the unstoppable mission of Christ, reaching people in our communities and across the nations, as we engage in fresh adventures of mission.

Over 600 leaders have already booked a seat at this catalytic event, bringing their leadership teams from churches across the nations. Will you join them and invite other church leaders to accompany you?

Rich Villodas is the Brooklyn-born lead pastor of New Life Fellowship, a large, multiracial church with more than 75 countries represented in Elmhurst, Queens, New York.

He is also a key speaker for Emotionally Healthy Discipleship—a movement that has touched hundreds of thousands of people. His award-winning book, The Deeply Formed Life - five transformative values for a world living on the surface, was released in September 2020.

Rachel Hickson is the founding director of Heartcry for Change, which seeks to encourage the Church to connect with their community and bring a practical message of hope.

Rachel’s passion is to see radical lovers of Jesus shift the atmospheres in our society today. And she is crazy enough to believe that an army of ordinary people like us can do it.

Jonathan Oloyede is a medical doctor by profession but is the senior pastor of City Chapel, serving as a full-time apostolic missionary to the United Kingdom and Europe.

Jonathan’s overriding passion is to raise a global network of 'One Million Disciples of Christ' across the continents and nations and to see the vision of Jesus fulfilled through the Great Commission and Great Commandments to love God and all people.

Mark Pugh is the lead pastor of Rediscover Church – a contemporary, creative and Spirit-filled church in the vibrant city of Exeter.

He has recently launched Church Planting Academy, which is equipping people to plant churches and fresh mission expressions across the South West.

Mark is convinced we are living in days of reformation and on the verge of a spiritual awakening.

Chris Cartwright is the General Superintendent of the Elim Pentecostal Church, a growing Movement of more than 550 Christian congregations in the UK and Ireland.

His strategic vision for the Elim movement is focused on four priorities: to make disciples – mature men and women of faith who are going to grow, be fruitful and live life for Jesus in every sphere; to develop leaders – not just pastors, but people in all areas of ministry; to plant and grow healthy churches; and to reach the nations.

Empowering a rising generation

Our leaders' summit seeks to inspire a generation of leaders to speak with courage, creativity, faith and fervour. This three day event is a time to gather, equip and envision those with a heart to make a difference in this generation.

In addition to our main sessions, we are developing the full summit programme which includes:

  • Practical seminars - for effective mission and creative leadership into our missional journey.
  • Leadership streams - designed to help inspire and equip mission hearted leaders with practical sessions on pastoral and theological issues, as well as times of encounter.
  • Children’s worker stream - sessions that connect, resource, encourage and invigorate those with a heart to see God move amongst our children.
  • Young leaders stream - sessions that seek to gather, develop and envision those with a heart to make a difference to this generation.
