Stuart is the Director of Ministry and leads the Elim Ministry team, with day-to-day responsibility for the selection and training of ministers and for the stationing of ministers in Elim churches. He oversees the national strategy for the application, recruitment, selection, training and wellbeing of more than 1,100 Elim ministers across the UK. He previously led Christ Church (Christian Life Centre) in Birmingham for over twenty years, serves on Elim's National Leadership Team and as General Secretary for Elim Network, and Stuart holds a Masters in Applied Theology.

Stuart is strong at bringing pastoral and inspirational preaching ministry, along with teaching, training and coaching for church leadership and ministry teams.
 

With a strategic mindset, Kevin helps develop new processes, policies and resources to strengthen the support available to Elim ministers across the Movement. He also helps build relationships with ministers, listens to their needs, and signposts them to the right support and resources. Alongside this, Kevin provides administrative support to the Elim Network, bringing strategy, encouragement and focus for serving those in ministry. Kevin holds a Masters in Contemporary Christian Leadership and a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing.

Kevin is a local Pastor in Oxford. He is strong at bringing a discipleship message, and often preaches with a view to the transforming relationship with God (vertically) and with others (horizontally), with forgiveness as the hinge point.
 

In this role, Phil oversees all Elim ministry applications and trainees, guiding and supporting those stepping into ministry and journeying through training. Having ministered within churches of many shapes and sizes, Phil brings wide experience and a heart for equipping others. He is passionate about helping people feel confident in their identity, and making the Bible simple, practical and accessible to everyone. Phil is currently studying for a Masters in Applied Theology.
