Executive Assistant to the Principal of Regents and National Director of Training
This role will provide high-level administrative, diary and project support, helping to coordinate meetings, manage key communications, prepare documents and support training-related projects and events. The successful candidate will be proactive, organised, relational and able to handle sensitive information with confidence and discretion.
The role is based at Elim International Centre in Malvern and will normally be worked over 3 or 4 days between Monday and Thursday, with occasional Friday or Saturday work for planned events.
Due to the nature and context of the role, there is a Genuine Occupational Requirement for the postholder to be a practising Christian in accordance with Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.

Salary: £ equivalent to £29,250 per annum (Pro Rata £17,550)

Hours: Part-Time (3 days, 22.5 hours)
