Booking Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment for the APEST Vision Gatherings is by debit or credit card.
  2. Payment in full including any card processing and booking fees is required at the time of booking.
  3. If you have any queries about payments, please email elaine.cowley@elim.org.uk.
  4. Refunds will only be given in extenuating circumstances. The decision of the vision team regarding what will be considered as extenuating circumstances will be final. Should an attendee wish to seek a refund they should notify the vision team in writing immediately at elaine.cowley@elim.org.uk.
  5. No refunds will be made in the two weeks prior to the commencement of the event.
  6. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the vision team of any change of address, contact phone number or email address after booking. Please note that our preferred method of contact for customers booking online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address.
  7. While we try and ensure that all published prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your attendance at the correct price (and credit or debit your account as applicable) or cancelling your attendance. If we are unable to contact you, you agree that we may treat your attendance as cancelled. If you choose to cancel after you have already paid the incorrect price you will receive a full refund from us.
  8. Attendees consent to filming, photography and sound recording as members of the audience and to these images and recordings being used for future publicity purposes.
  9. The vision team accepts no responsibility for any personal property being damaged or lost at the event.
  10. Attendees are liable for any damage caused by themselves.
  11. The vision team reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate, without notice, an individual's attendance at the event where deemed necessary through unacceptable behaviour or as a result of actions which are likely to endanger or offend others.
  12. Smoking, alcohol or pets are not permitted at the event. (Registered assistance dogs are permitted.)
  13. Any complaints should be reported to Sarah Bale at the time of occurrence. We want your time with us to be a fantastic experience and, where possible, would wish to resolve any problems as soon as possible.
  14. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond reasonable control, including (but not limited to) power failure, internet service provider failure, acts of God, epidemic, pandemic, civil unrest, fire, flood, drought, storms, earthquakes, building collapse, explosion, accident, terrorism, war, or governmental action.
  15. The vision team has the right to alter or cancel any booking that it cannot keep for reasons beyond its control. Reasonable efforts will be made to offer an alternative booking, but the team is not liable for losses or damages arising directly or indirectly from such circumstances.
  16. Elim may enforce these terms in accordance with the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
  17. All terms and conditions are governed by English Law and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
