Chaplaincy Conference 2025

26–27 September 2025 | Elim Conference Centre, Malvern

As chaplaincy continues to grow in reach and relevance, the Chaplaincy Conference 2025 is a unique opportunity to gather, grow and be equipped for the journey ahead.

Open to experienced chaplains, local ministers, church members, and anyone curious about the ministry of chaplaincy, this overnight conference offers space to connect, reflect, and be inspired. Whether you're working in prisons, schools, hospitals, retail, sport, the armed forces — or just beginning to explore your call — this is for you.

Over two days, you’ll hear stories from active chaplains, gain insight from those serving on the frontline, and explore how chaplaincy can open doors to faith in everyday spaces. While keynote speakers for this year are still to be confirmed, the heart of the event remains the same: to refresh and encourage those carrying Christ’s love into workplaces and communities.

Alongside the programme, meals and shared spaces offer a chance to build relationships and encourage one another in the unique challenges — and opportunities — of chaplaincy.
