Who is the Elim Leaders Summit for?
The summit draws together ministers, church leadership teams, along with missionaries, chaplains, church planters, youth and children’s leaders, church volunteers and emerging leaders.
Whether you are from an Elim church or from another church stream, invite your whole team of church leaders to join you for this 3 day inspirational leadership event.
When and where is the summit?
The Elim Leaders Summit runs from Tuesday 9 - Thursday 11 May 2023. Registration opens on Tuesday at 9am and once you have registered, visit the exhibition hall where food and refreshments are available before the first event commences.
The summit is held at the Harrogate Convention Centre, Kings Road, Harrogate, HG1 5LA.
The event concludes at 5pm on Thursday 11 May 2023.
How do I book tickets? Can I book tickets myself?
You can book individual or multiple tickets for the summit and the earlier you book, the larger your savings. Click here for more details.
When church groups of 6 or more purchase their tickets in one booking, there are considerable savings to be made. You may know the number of tickets that you want, but may not have everyone's name. That's not a problem as team member's names can be updated until 31 March 2023.
What are the payment options?
The booker can pay by debit, credit or charge card. Alternatively, payment can be made by BACs within 14 days. When selecting the BACs option, the booker receives an invoice with a booking reference which they quote when making their BACs payment from their church or personal bank account.
Both card and BACs payments are available for all bookings until 31 January 2023. Only full price card payments can be made from 1 February 2023 and at the event itself.
Are there any additional discounts?
Retired EFGA Elim ministers and their spouse are entitled to a special discount. They will receive details on how to claim their discount. Contact els@elim.org.uk for more details.
First time attendee discount for Elim children's workers and young leaders (18-30s). When attending the Elim Leaders Summit for the first time, two children’s workers and two young leaders (18-30) from Elim churches can purchase a ticket for £99pp. Just select the relevant first-timer ticket option and enter the discount code supplied to Elim church leaders. Churches making a group booking before 31 August 2022 may want to include their young leaders and children’s workers in their group to make sure they maximise their group savings rather than purchasing first-timer tickets.
Do you have any booking tips?
Book by 31 August 2022 and save on the full price of a £155 ticket. Individuals and small groups save £20pp. Groups of 6 or more save £55pp, so consider inviting your church leadership team to join you. However you choose to cover the costs, you just need one person to make the booking.
If you are bringing a team of 5, consider adding an extra person to make further savings, as the price of a group of 6 people is only £594, compared to £675 for 5 tickets.
