Please note: you can only change ticket details if you are set up as a group leader. If you are not, please either get in touch with your group leader or us.
In your profile area you can change any information submitted with a ticket or extra. I.e. name, age, etc.
This means that if a young person or leader has dropped out and someone else is able to replace them, then you can go back in and change their details. Please make sure you change ALL of their details.
To change the details on a ticket, please follow these steps:
Log into your solidrock account HERE using the email address and password you set up at the time of booking.
In your profile area (top right hand corner of the screen if you’re not there already) select “My bookings” or "Groups I Lead".
Find the booking that you wish to edit. Having the order number here will be helpful!
Click on the three dots at the end of the line and select “Show Order”
You’ll be taken to an order summary page. Please edit the info on the tickets required by selecting the 3 dots at the end of the line and selecting "Edit Ticket" and click “save details”.
Close the page when complete.
This can be changed at any time up until 21st July. After this, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help.
Please make sure ALL ticket details are correct. This information is essential in the case of an emergency.
