New practical leadership resource launched

A new discussion-based podcast for Elim leaders is launched today where we encourage leaders to take the time to reflect, learn and grow in their leadership.

There are many great things that you can take away from attending the annual Elim Leaders Summit, including valuable teaching insights, encounters with God, quality time with friends, as well as hearing the heartbeat of Elim as we move forward together as one movement with one mission.

When it comes to processing and applying the teaching brought by our wide range of seasoned speakers, unless you’ve written extensive notes, taken the time to discuss the teaching with your leadership team or developed an action plan to make changes in your life or leadership, it is easy to forget the details of what was shared and what you learnt.

To help provide you and the leaders in your Elim church with an opportunity to reflect, learn and grow in your leadership, we are pleased to announce the launch of the new Elim Leadership Podcast.

In this free podcast, we talk with Elim's leaders, discuss practical aspects of the teaching from our annual Summit, as well as providing you with the opportunity to reflect on them and their implications to us as the Elim movement.

The first episode of the Elim Leadership Podcast is available now, where Chris Cartwright and Dave Newton discuss our responsibility for a bigger vision. Together, they reflect on the message that Phil Hills shared at the Elim Leaders Summit 2019: ‘Learning the lessons intended for us’. A full breakdown of the episode can be found here.
