Rachael serves as Head of Mission for the Evangelical Alliance where she is passionate about resourcing, equipping, and championing the UK Church in all forms of mission activity, to see local churches develop a widespread culture of evangelism, and to see Christian individuals grow in greater confidence to make Jesus known. Rachael was previously on the leadership team of British Youth for Christ and served as Mission and Youth Adviser within the Diocese of Ely. Rachael is married to Darren and lives in Ely, Cambridgeshire with her two teenage sons. She is very involved in her local church, preaching and overseeing their Youth ministry and mentoring. Rachael is a trained Coach and mentor, loves fitness, travel and languages, and is a fully-fledged footie-mum!
Phil is an evangelist and missiologist at the Evangelical Alliance. He is passionate about making Jesus known and the power of friendship. He loves learning and has degrees in law and mission and evangelism. His work in the UK is studying how people come to faith in Jesus and helping the church maximise those pathways. He preaches around 100 times a year in a variety of contexts and is a regular contributor to BBC Radio 2's Pause for Thought. Phil is married to Dani and they have two sons, Caleb and Jos. He is an avid runner, enthusiastic waterskier and once broke the world record for the longest five-a-side football match. He is also an award winning performance poet and author of Story Bearer, The Best of Friends and Good News People.
Katherine is the Being Human engagement lead at the Evangelical Alliance and heads up the graduate scheme. She became a Christian at drama school and since then has been passionate about helping people get to know Jesus, especially students and young adults. Katherine lives in Sidcup with her husband Jon and is part of New Community Church.
Noel Robinson is an international worship leader, music pastor, songwriter and producer whose mandate is to see the body of Christ rise up in worship, intercession and unity in this generation. He is also an evangelist and revivalist and will lead us in worship throughout the day.

Parking There is ample parking available at the Ramada Hotel (CV1 3GG). It’s a ‘park and pay after ’system. You can pay at the reception with card or cash before you leave. The hotel is right next door to the church.
Food This year we are very exited to let you know that the cost of the conference includes lunch and so you don’t have to worry about finding food which means there is more time to connect with people. Coffee and tea will be served in the breaks and is part of the cost of the ticket
