The Elim Pentecostal Church (or its legal name: Elim Foursquare Gospel Alliance) is a UK-based Pentecostal Christian denomination and represents a global network of 500 plus churches in the UK and thousands overseas, operating in over 50 countries worldwide. Elim International Centre (EIC), our central administrative office is based in Malvern, Worcestershire where Regents Theological College and the Elim Conference Centre are also co-located. EIC has approximately 100 staff.
This is new role in the organisation and presents an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the strategic management of EFGA’s extensive property and capital estates portfolio.
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, focused individual with a property related qualification and a proven record of accomplishment in strategic property management.
Leading a small team, you will be focused on providing advice and guidance to EFGA’s churches and leaders and managing the capital estates and maintenance programme at Elim International Centre.
The ability to work with partners across multiple delivery channels is essential in order to facilitate informed decision-making in regards to property, investments and delinquent projects.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bring expertise within various teams both internal and external. You will also be confident and experienced in presenting and proposing schemes to a variety of stakeholders and be solution-focused.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Property Manager will be an integral part of the Senior Management Team, playing a vital role in enabling the charity to deliver its mission and objectives. It is imperative then that the successful candidate subscribes to the values and ethos of EFGA.
A salary package of circa £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
EIC is currently exploring hybrid-working options and this role includes the flexibility to work from home. The exact nature of this will be mutually agreed with the Executive Director.
