Our Vision
To provide a practical training track for pioneers. To work alongside pioneers from conception through to birthing and beyond into maturity.
To provide an opportunity for you to strategise together with other pioneers, sharing ideas and experiences. A place for encouragement and spiritual support.
To set up coaching teams that will be assigned to each new pioneer as the work of planting, providing support for the family and for the newly formed local church.
Our Ethos
What is the fruit of an apple tree?...As long as we think apples we will miss the goal...We have to think orchards...More trees!
Church planting is an ART not a science. No two church plants are the same. There are no formulas to follow, the Holy Spirit will guide each pioneer in different ways. However there are some key principles in scripture that need to be understood. If applied, will again and again bring life and much fruit.
Our intention is to release creativity within each church planter and fan into flame Holy Spirit ideas and concepts. We believe that the world we are reaching is constantly changing and so our approach and indeed what we end up planting will constantly be looking different.

Dynamics of the gathering - making what you do inviting

To sign up simply fill out the form overleaf or alternatively apply online at www.elimpta.org. Once we have received your form we will get in touch with you so we can get together. Below is a brief outline of how the Church Planting Track works:
1. Contact the REACH Team
2. Meeting Up - time for Q&A
3. Establish a coaching agreement - time to work together
4. Enrolling on the Pioneer Training Academy
5. Planting - with intensive support from REACH
6. Establishing - an ongoing relationship with the coach is essential. Meetings will continue for the first year whilst the new work is established.
Time and Cost
The cost is £80 for the whole course. This includes resources, 4 one day teaching seminars and meals.
