Facilities

The Conference Centre has two comfortable conference and meeting rooms and two informal coffee lounges. Other facilities include lecture rooms, a theatre, heated swimming pool and gym.

Conference Suites

The Hereford Suite holds up to 25 delegates and is perfect for smaller gatherings while the Worcester Suite will accommodate up to 70 guests. Both of these rooms have natural daylight and can be laid out in a variety of styles, whether theatre, boardroom or informally, to suit your requirements.

The suites are fully equipped to meet all your audio-visual and presentation needs and whiteboards or flipcharts are available upon request. There is no extra charge for these facilities. Freshly ground coffee and chilled water are available in both the Hereford and Worcester Suites.

Coffee Lounge

A stunning private Coffee Lounge, seating up to 20 guests, with comfy sofas and spectacular views, links the conference meeting rooms and is ideal for more informal events. A similar Coffee Lounge, also available for private meetings, is located off the Dining Room.

For larger summer events we are also able to offer well-appointed lecture rooms and even a 240 seat fully equipped theatre.

Sports facilities

The Centre also boasts a large outdoor heated swimming pool nestled in the 30 acres of beautiful estate grounds, a hard court for a variety of sporting activities and a small gym. These facilities are for the use of any guests on site, subject to availability (a small charge is made for Gym access).

Conference centre grounds

Elim Conference Centre is set in a former Country House Estate in the heart of the beautiful Malvern Hills, with access to the 32 acres of countryside on the estate.

Bedrooms

Our main Conference Centre can accommodate 41 guests in 21 bedrooms throughout the year. We have 20 double or twin rooms and 1 single room.

The beautifully decorated rooms, many of which have outstanding views, all have en-suite facilities, super king-size pocket sprung luxury beds and welcome you with a selection of tea, coffee and biscuits. Towels and complimentary toiletries are provided and rooms are also equipped with 20 channel televisions and free internet access.

We are able to accommodate up to 130 residential guests between mid-June and late September when the student rooms of our associated Higher Education College become available. These are also equipped to a good standard and with the exception of televisions offer the same facilities as the Conference Centre bedrooms.

Catering

The Conference Centre offers excellent dining facilities and provides great food, catering for many tastes. Our menu choices aim to promote healthy eating using local fresh ingredients whenever possible.

Our catering Manager, Tim Bath, and his team offer a wide variety of menu choices, from simple Finger and Fork Buffets through to exclusive Fine Dining for those extra special events. Vegetarian options are always available and specific dietary requirements can be catered for by request.

The light and airy Dining Room seats up to 120 guests and is available for function hire when using our in-house catering team.

Our dedicated Conference team prides itself in giving our guests an unrivalled welcome and quality service in a wonderfully warm and friendly environment.

The team has a wealth of experience in the hospitality and conference industry and from arrival to departure we aim to make your visit one you will remember for all the right reasons.
